These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, training services, programs, and online store offered by Elevate Baseball Academy ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, registering for a program, booking a lesson, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our programs are intended for youth athletes with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, you may only use our services and register for programs with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for all activity associated with the account, registration, or purchase.
We provide baseball and softball training services, including private lessons, group coaching, team programs, tryouts, camps, clinics, and related events. Program availability, schedules, rosters, locations, and pricing may change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any program or session, and to refuse service, at any time.
Lessons, subscriptions, and certain bookings are scheduled through third-party platforms, including The Futures App. You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering or booking. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund terms for lessons and programs are communicated at the time of booking or registration and may also be governed by the applicable third-party platform's terms.
Our online store is powered by Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. The following terms apply to purchases:
We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly, but we do not guarantee delivery dates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If you have an issue with an order or wish to request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us at info@elevatebba.com. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our posted return policy and applicable law. Service fees, registration fees, and digital or subscription products may be non-refundable.
Baseball, softball, and athletic training involve inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. By participating in our programs, you (and, for a minor, the participant's parent or legal guardian) acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, and agree that participation is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Elevate Baseball Academy, its owners, coaches, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of participation in our programs, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. A separate signed waiver, release, and/or medical authorization may be required prior to participation, and those documents control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
